After the fruit is cooked, you can eat it. The minerals and dietary fiber in fruits are not lost due to heating. Fat-soluble substances such as lycopene and carotene are not afraid of cooking and steaming. The temperature of 100° has little effect on them. The polyphenols in fruits are antioxidant The substance, mainly dissolved in water, can be consumed with soup after boiling.
