Is eating soybeans good for hyperlipidemia patients?

Female  45 years old 2018-05-03
I have always liked to eat soy foods, but a recent physical examination found that blood lipids are high. Is eating soybeans good for patients with high blood lipids?

There are many types of ingredients in soybean that have a lipid-lowering effect, such as lecithin, soy sterol, soy isoflavone, soy saponin and so on. Eat 15 to 25 grams of soybeans or equivalent soybean products, such as soy milk, tofu, dried beans, etc. Regular exercise 137: exercise once a day; at least thirty minutes each time; exercise at least five times a week; heart rate during exercise = 170-age.
