Potato food is rich in potassium, so potatoes are a good source of potassium, potatoes, sweet potatoes, taro, yam and so on. Although both potatoes and rice noodles are rich in carbohydrates, the potassium content of potatoes far exceeds that of rice noodles, especially refined white rice noodles. Some meals can replace some staple foods with some potatoes.
