From what phenomenon can we see that breast milk is not enough?

Male  29 years old 2018-05-02
It is said that breast milk is the most nutritious. I also breastfeed after the birth, but I have very little milk. I don’t know if the child has enough food. How can I judge?

Can be judged by the child's stool. The neonatal meconium turning time can be used to indirectly assess the effectiveness of breastfeeding. From 24 to 48 hours after birth, the newborn discharges dark green meconium. The frequency of feces in full-term healthy newborns is 1.6 to 8.5 times per day, and the time for feces to turn yellow is 3 to 15 days. Delayed yellowing of feces indicates insufficient breast milk.
