I have been a vegetarian since last month. As a vegetarian, do I need to eat soy products?

    Vegetarians need to eat soy products, including tofu, soy milk, dried tofu, tofu skin, yuba, etc. They are rich in high-quality protein and can replace meat protein. Vegans eat soy products equivalent to 50 to 80 grams of soy beans per day; egg milk vegetarians eat 25 to 60 grams per day. Vegans have at least 2 meals a day to eat soy products.
