    The quality of sleep during pregnancy is related to eating habits. A balanced diet and reasonable nutrition are very important. Pregnant women should take a light diet rich in protein and vitamins. Women in pregnancy should refrain from eating strong tea, spirits, chili, cinnamon, pepper and other foods that hinder sleep. Eat less fried, roasted, over-oiled, and too salty foods. Even if you eat sleep-aiding foods, be careful not to be too cold or too sweet.
