Is nosebleed caused by getting angry?

Male  23 years old 2018-05-01
Recently I have eaten a lot of hot pot and got a little bit angry. When I just went to work, I had nosebleeds. So is it related to getting hot? Is it better to have a light diet?

Nosebleeds have nothing to do with getting angry. Nosebleeds often occur after eating certain foods or supplements, such as peppers, garlic, peanuts, ginger, ginseng, Chinese herbal medicines, etc. At this time, people often say "make up", "get angry", and simply treat nosebleeds as Touchstone for getting food on fire. However, "getting angry" is just an old and general term. Foods that are "cold" and "hot" are too simple and rude, and cannot reveal the truth about the phenomenon of nosebleeds related to certain foods. Modern medicine has an in-depth understanding of nosebleeds and various foods. It can scientifically understand this problem and confirm that it is not related to "fire".
