These days, my home and company are very busy, and I have to take care of my father-in-law, because he has renal insufficiency. What are the taboos of his diet?

Patients with renal insufficiency need to eat more fruits and vegetables, these foods are easy to digest. Patients with renal insufficiency have impaired ability to excrete metabolic waste products such as creatinine and urea nitrogen (these nitrogen-containing metabolic waste products all come from protein metabolism), so they should limit their intake of protein (low-protein diet).
