The doctor in the pharmacy recommended that I buy liquid calcium, saying that liquid calcium is easier to absorb. Is this true?

What you said in the pharmacy would recommend liquid calcium for better absorption. In fact, under the same liquid form, milk calcium does absorb and use better than calcium carbonate. Therefore, you should pay attention to the labels of medicines or health foods when buying and choosing. If the ingredient is known as "milk calcium", it is more authentic. If the ingredient is "calcium carbonate", even if the product is in liquid or capsule form, its absorption is not much different from solid calcium carbonate (solid calcium tablets).
