Every day we know to eat more vegetables, but why should we eat vegetables every day?

    Vegetables have a large water content, usually 70% to 90%, and contain a small amount of protein, fat, sugar, and rich vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. Vegetables are an important source of folic acid, carotene and B vitamins.
