I heard that soy milk can replace milk for calcium supplementation. Is this true? Can soy milk replace milk for calcium?

Soy milk has much less calcium than milk. Soy milk made of about 100 grams of dried soybeans has a calcium content equivalent to 250 milliliters of milk. Therefore, the "original" soy milk made by ourselves can not replace milk to supplement calcium, but commercial soy milk with added calcium can.
