The benefits of any healthy food are not absolute. Patients with the following diseases should not eat more fish. 1. Gout patients: Fish containing purines will aggravate gout patients. 2. Patients with bleeding disorders: Eicosapentaenoic acid in fish can inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby exacerbating bleeding symptoms in patients with bleeding disorders. 3. Patients with liver cirrhosis: It is difficult to produce coagulation factors in patients with liver cirrhosis, and it is easy to cause bleeding, but carp and halibut containing less eicosapentaenoic acid can be eaten in small amounts.
