I saw on the Internet yesterday that pregnant people can also supplement calcium with vegetables. Is this true?

For pregnant women, eat more green vegetables. Pregnant women in the second and third trimester should consume 300 to 500 grams of vegetables per day, of which 2/3 are green leafy vegetables, that is, 200 to 350 grams (4 to 7 days). These green leafy vegetables and other dark vegetables can provide more calcium.
