It is said that not eating more processed meat may cause cancer. So, is it possible to reduce the risk of cancer by not processing beef or lean pork?

People who like to eat meat can properly eat some beef, lean pork and other meat that is not processed. A few studies have investigated the carcinogenic risk of different types of red meat (such as beef and pork) and different types of processed meat (such as ham and hot dogs). However, there is not enough information to say that eating a certain type of red meat or processed meat will increase or decrease the risk of cancer.
