    The Chinese Dietetic Society recommends the national dietary guidance program "Chinese Resident Dietary Guidelines" which mentions: Healthy adults should eat 500 grams of fresh vegetables per day, of which green vegetables are recommended to eat more than 200 grams. Many of the dark green vegetables commonly eaten are cruciferous vegetables, such as rape, Cantonese cabbage, Chinese cabbage, kale, broccoli, etc. These cruciferous vegetables have a common characteristic, that is, they have certain antioxidant and anti-cancer effects, and they contain glucose isothiocyanate, vitamin C, and vitamin E to help prevent chronic metabolic diseases.
