The neighbor next door often gave fruits to her children as snacks. Other snacks were rarely eaten. Why choose fruit as a snack?

    Eating more fruit is good for children. Fruits can supplement the insufficient intake of vegetables. Fruits are rich in vitamins and dietary fiber, and the fruit does not need to be heated. The nutritional content of the fruit is not affected by cooking factors. As a snack, do not use processed fruit instead of fresh fruit (if juice) .
