    Rice, noodles and other foods are important sources of energy and B vitamins. Children 1 to 2 years old should consume 100 to 125 g of food (dry weight) per day, children 2 to 3 years old should have 125 to 150 g per day. After 3 years old, according to the child's growth rate and activity level (the crying, active and naughty child consumes 3 or 4 times the energy of the quiet child), increase the intake of grains and grains, 200~300g per day.
