The babies in our family love to eat fruits. Can babies eat more fruits?

Don't add too much fruit. When you are one year old, 25 to 50 grams of vegetables and fruit each day (recommended by dietary guidelines), less than one year old is better. What is the concept of 50 grams (1 two)? About one third of a banana. Many parents mistakenly believe that it is good for the baby to eat more vegetables and fruits, which affects the baby's balanced diet and slows down the growth and development rate. I have consulted too many children who have affected their weight gain due to eating too much fruit.
