Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, and don't spit. Pathogens such as tuberculosis, influenza, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, measles and other common respiratory infectious diseases can enter the air and spread to others with the droplets generated when the patient coughs, sneezes, speaks loudly, and spits. So don't spit, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
