The nutrition and taste of Chinese cabbage and Chinese cabbage are slightly different. The calcium, potassium, iron, retinol equivalents and vitamin B2 of Chinese cabbage are significantly higher than that of Chinese cabbage, and the folic acid of Chinese cabbage (Chinese cabbage) is higher than that of Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage can be eaten cooked or cold; small cabbage can not be eaten raw, better boiled, fried.
