Sometimes the leucorrhea is a little bit, and it seems to have a little blood. Is this salpingitis?

Salpingitis often occurs 2-3 days after menstruation. The patient has fever, chills, general malaise, vomiting, and pain in the lower abdomen and waist. It can radiate to the perineum. There are many leucorrhea and purulent blood. There are tenderness on both sides of the lower abdomen during palpation. A small tender mass can be felt and the uterus also has tenderness.
