Peanut oil cooking is more fragrant, but my mother reminded that this oil should not be eaten, why not eat more peanut oil?

Eating too much peanut oil may cause hyperlipidemia. However, "ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid" is linoleic acid, which is mainly present in common vegetable oils such as peanut oil and soybean oil (content 50%~65%). It is generally believed that as long as the intake is not excessive, it is not harmful to health.
