It is definitely unhealthy to eat breakfast often, and the food must be diversified, and the common practice of most fried rice is to “pop the pan with 30 grams of lard. First of all, 30 grams is too much. According to the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents 2007" formulated by the Chinese Nutrition Society, the daily cooking oil should not exceed 25 (or 30) grams. These fried rice used 30 grams of oil in one serving, almost exceeding the limit of cooking oil throughout the day. Secondly, lard contains more saturated fatty acids, which is detrimental to the health of the cardiovascular system.
