I was diagnosed with diabetes last year. I usually like to eat potatoes. Can I still eat potatoes if I have diabetes?

Potatoes are rich in minerals, but the sugar index is very low, so potatoes are very suitable for people with diabetes to eat at ordinary times. Potatoes can be eaten not only as a dish but also as a staple food, especially diabetes People can eat potatoes instead of all staple foods.
