I drink milk for my children every day, mainly to let them get better calcium content. Can milk supplement calcium?

The main purpose of drinking milk is to supplement the calcium content. As we all know, milk is the best source of calcium. Because milk contains more calcium, the absorption rate is higher. Each 100 ml of milk (average) contains 104 mg of calcium, which is roughly equivalent to 1 mg of calcium per ml of milk. If you follow the recommendations of the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents 2007", you can get 300 mg of calcium by drinking 300 ml of milk per person per day. It can satisfy 38% of the reference calcium intake of adults throughout the day.
