Are plant foods more nutritious than animal foods

In order to lose weight, I eat some plant-based foods every day, and rarely eat animal-based foods. But are plant-based foods more nutritious than animal-based foods?

    Although plant foods are healthy, the diet must be comprehensive and balanced. Plant foods include cereals, beans, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, fungi and algae. However, the cereals discussed here mainly refer to whole grains and coarse grains, but exclude refined grains such as white rice, white buns, white bread, and white noodles. The nutritional value of refined grains is extremely low, much lower than meat.
