It didn’t take long for me to get high blood pressure. I was advised to take a low-salt diet.

Hypertensive people are better to eat low sodium salt, also known as low sodium high potassium salt, which is to mix some potassium chloride in table salt (pure sodium chloride), so that the sodium content is 30% less than ordinary table salt, while increasing Potassium (high potassium can lower blood pressure). The low sodium salt has the same saltiness as ordinary salt, and the usage is the same. The amount of salt added during cooking remains the same, but it can reduce the intake of sodium and achieve the purpose of limiting salt. Low sodium salts are available in many large supermarkets and are also iodized.
