I just have gastritis. I dare not eat many things. I feel that my nutrition will be insufficient. What will happen to this nutrition?

Stomach diseases require intake of sufficient nutrients to help repair the gastric mucosa. If stomach problems do not heal, abdominal pain, discomfort and other symptoms lead to reduced food intake and insufficient nutrition intake; inadequate nutrition intake, in turn, is not conducive to the healing of inflammation or ulcers. Obviously, eliminating the infection and filling the ulcer focus requires adequate nutrition. This formed a vicious circle.
