    My personal opinion is that not eating dinner at all is not a good way to lose weight by dieting. It is better to eat all three meals but eat less every meal. For example, eat 1/3 less every meal, the result is equivalent to eating one less meal. In this way, you won’t go hungry, or you will be less hungry. To lose weight is not to fight for speed, but to fight for not to rebound and keep it for a long time. The eager to lose weight is bound to rebound. Without protracted fighting, there will be no successful weight loss.
