Fruits not only improve appetite and replenish water, they are also rich in vitamins, minerals and cellulose. Supplementing nutrients by eating delicious fruits is certainly much more pleasant for cancer patients suffering from taking medicine than taking medicine. More importantly, the large amount of cellulose in fruits is beneficial for balancing the intestinal vitamin environment, controlling cholesterol levels, and helping the body to fight tumors. Therefore, it is recommended that patients with tumors take an appropriate amount of fruit every day. The recommended amount is 1.5 to 2 glasses per day.
