    It is recommended that you try not to use too much fat and salt when cooking. Traditional Chinese cooking methods, such as stir-fry, popping, frying, and oil temperature are all above 260°. They are very unhealthy and should be reduced as much as possible. They should be replaced with cold, steamed, boiled, skewed, and braised.
