Every time I brush my teeth, I just start brushing with a glass of water at the faucet. Is that okay? What kind of water temperature is more scientific?

The temperature of the water is too cold and the teeth prematurely fail. Experiments have proved that warm water at about 35°C is a good mouth protector. If you rinse your mouth with such water, you will feel comfortable in your teeth, throat and tongue, and it will be easier to remove bacteria and food debris from your mouth.
