Is it alright to eat oatmeal with heart disease?

Male  34 years old 2018-04-20
I suffer from heart disease itself, although not too serious, but it was quite painful at the time of the attack. Can I eat oats for a disease like this?

Patients with heart disease can usually eat more oats, because the linoleic acid and b vitamins in oats can prevent the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
