The nutritional value of potatoes

Female  27 years old 2018-04-19
We grow potatoes on a large area here, so my chance of eating potatoes is very high. I want to know whether the nutritional value of potatoes is high?

Potatoes can be eaten as a dish or as a staple food. Among the 20 most frequently eaten fresh vegetables and fruits, potatoes have the highest potassium content, which is a substance that can lower blood pressure. A medium-sized potato with skin (148g) contains up to 620 mg of potassium, which is equivalent to the recommended daily intake of 18%, which may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke.
