My calves and feet are swollen, and there is a feeling of bulging, which does not affect normal walking, and I am not particularly uncomfortable. What should I do?

BY Cliff Hart 2020-05-10Usually the calves and feet are swollen, and some stations may be caused by non-circulation of blood. Usually try to avoid sitting for a long time or staying in a posture for too long, which can effectively avoid the feeling of swelling. If swelling has occurred, you can use hot water to soak your feet to help blood circulation at night, and place an electronic foot and calf lift at the end of the bed, which can usually be recovered in the morning.10
