Women of childbearing age should eat less sunflower seeds. Sunflower's protein part contains ingredients that inhibit the testes, which can cause testicular atrophy and affect normal reproductive function, so couples of childbearing age should not eat them. Of the six food-induced infertility, eating sunflower seeds is very common, so pay more attention.
