Every time I go to the supermarket, I can smell mangoes. Can people with allergies eat mangoes?

    Pineapple, mango: are common tropical fruits, high sugar index, diabetes patients should not eat more. Both are also allergenic foods. People with allergies may only be allergic if they only touch the peel, so those with allergies should be cautious. Pineapple and mango are soaked in salt water and eaten, it does not reduce the chance of allergies, it only improves the taste.
