Can people with hypertension eat more fish

Male  50 years old 2020-05-10
Some time ago my mother was checked for high blood pressure, and she dared not eat any meat. I think the fat content of fish is lower. Can people with hypertension eat more fish?

People with hypertension can eat more fish. Fish is an important source of high-quality protein. Some fish such as trout are also rich in vitamin D. Studies have shown that vitamin D helps lower blood pressure. Brush the fresh fish fillet with a little olive oil, put less salt, sprinkle with pepper, and bake for a few minutes, which is convenient and delicious.
