Go to eat oysters with friends and hear friends say that oysters are called "milk in the sea". Why do you say this?

Oysters are called "milk in the sea" because they are rich in very good protein, glycogen, vitamins and minerals, and contain more than 18 kinds of amino acids. These amino acids are rich in valleys that can synthesize anti-acidification substances. Glutathione amino acids (glutamic acid, sugar gum).
