    Tonic urinary incontinence is defined as a sudden increase in abdominal pressure that causes involuntary urine outflow, not caused by detrusor systolic pressure or bladder wall pressure on urine. It is characterized by the absence of enuresis under normal conditions, and the urine automatically flows out when the abdominal pressure suddenly increases.
