Will taking cod liver oil cause stones?

Female  37 years old 2020-05-10
I'm a little deficient in zinc and calcium. I have been supplementing cod liver oil during this time, but after a long time my right abdomen hurts, does it have stones?

Cod liver oil can only be taken properly, do not overdose cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is rich in vitamin D, has the function of promoting the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the intestinal membrane, and suddenly increases the excretion of calcium and phosphorus in the urine, which is bound to produce precipitation and easy formation of stones.
