Heating milk will affect nutrition. Lysine contained in milk can react with fructose under heating conditions to produce toxic fructosyl lysine, which is harmful to the human body. Don't add sugar when boiling fresh milk, cook milk and wait for a while to cool down before adding sugar.

If the sex life is longer than 2 weeks, the test is negative and can basically rule out the possibility of pregnancy, and if the time is tested within twelve days, it is recommended to test again in two or three days, or blood draw in about ten days Check HCG, usually relax your mood, avoid emotional excitement, ensure adequate sleep, avoid staying up late, exercise more, and enhance physical fitness.
