Soy is rich in dietary fiber and oligosaccharides, these substances are beneficial to intestinal health. It is recommended to consume 25 grams of soy protein per person per day to help lower cholesterol. Normally, eat different colors of food to achieve balanced nutrition. A single color of food can not supplement the nutrition required by the human body. If you want to eat more healthy foods of different colors, you can eat healthy.
