    Different jobs require different food combinations. Blue-collar people should properly increase the amount of staple food during lunch, at least 150 grams. Rice and noodles are the best staple food. If you can add some beans, the nutrition will be more complete. Before eating, it is best to have a plate of salad dishes mainly with lettuce.
