You can eat a little. If gout patients also have high blood fat, high blood pressure, or diabetes, then eat up to one whole egg a day, but egg white is basically protein, and you can still eat three or four a day. Without these nutritional and metabolic diseases, patients with gout can eat two eggs a day to supplement protein. In addition, it is no problem to drink 300 to 500 grams of milk. Milk and eggs are low-purine high-protein foods.
