There are two main types of pure milk currently on the market: pasteurized milk and room temperature milk, so what is pasteurized milk?

Pasteurized milk uses fresh milk as the raw material and is pasteurized (low temperature sterilization at about 75-85°C) to sterilize milk that kills harmful microorganisms and maximizes the retention of nutrients in milk. Sterilization by this method can make the nutrients in milk more ideally preserved, and the taste is also very good, because there are active substances in milk, the product needs to be refrigerated, and the shelf life is generally 3 to 7 days.
