Some patients had an original angina attack. Later, due to extensive lesions and extensive myocardial fibrosis, angina gradually decreased to disappear, but there were signs of heart failure, such as tightness, edema, fatigue, etc., and various arrhythmias, manifested as palpitations. Some patients have never had angina pectoris, but directly showed heart failure and arrhythmia.
