Female  37 years old 2018-04-15
In the past two days, there have been some frequent urination. Later, when I checked, I knew that I had prostatitis. The doctor asked me to eat more apples after going back. Can eating apples improve prostatitis?

The zinc content in apples is very rich, and the prostatitis disease is related to zinc deficiency, so eating some apples properly can help improve the zinc deficiency in men and help improve prostatitis diseases.
