When gonorrhea invades the urethra and cervix, the pus from the vagina and urethra stimulates the inflammation of the external genital skin and the vestibular mucosa of the vagina. It is actually a secondary infection phenomenon, not caused by direct infection of gonorrhea. The main symptoms are flushing and edema of the labia, wet surface, erosion, side duct of the urethra-Skene's adenitis, redness and swelling of the gland mouth mucosa, a small amount of pus flows from the opening, and it can form when the duct is blocked by secretions Abscess pseudo-abscess, conscious local itching and burning sensation, pain during urination.
