I heard that grape skin contains a lot of resveratrol, which has anti-cancer effect. Is this true?

Eating only Portuguese peels does not have a significant anti-cancer effect, although the grape skin does contain resveratrol which can fight cancer, but the content is too low, you need to eat a lot of grapes to achieve an effective dose.
